North Wales.

Saturday 1st November. We headed up to North Wales for a days scrambling up to Glyder Fach. We started with a healthy breakfast at the Pinnacle café, then we drove up to the Ogwen lay-by. Our destination was to be the Cantilever stone at the top of Glyder Fach. The route there was way of a scramble up, by the Dolmen ridge.
The weather was on and off with the rain, until we reached the top, then the heavens opened and wind was immense. Walking out onto the cantilever stone was a challenge on it’s own. We met a lovely couple who where in the throws of getting engaged on the end of the stone, whilst trying not to get blown away. She said yes!
